The drought has taken its toll.

A once thriving community has been disintegrated into dust. Once the most powerful family for miles, the Linklu are back where they started: dwindling, divided, and short in numbers. And they're not the only ones.

The entire reserve has been broken. Very few mobs remain, and those that do have been picked off and scattered. All that remains are the chosen few: by fate, by strength, or otherwise, these survivors hold the key to the manor's recovery.

The path ahead is uncertain. Competition and desperation is likely to follow, all compelled by one of the worst dry spells in Kalahari history. The time to rise has come. How much longer can the rains wait? A week? Two weeks? Or several months? It's up to you, and many like you, to build a foundation on this arid land, rebuild the empire, and to seize the day. But the path will not be easy; the whole world is against you, including some of your neighbors...

You must run, you must watch, and you must fight... otherwise, you will surely die.
